Molyvos – Petra

Easy route with good walkability, which follows the roads of the provincial network in the wider plain area of Molyvos. The course starts just outside Molyvos and follows the road that passes through the Mithymna Reservoir. Then it turns east in the direction of Petra, passes through crops and sparse olive groves next to the stream, to the beautiful beach of Petra. The return to Molyvos is from the same route

Petra - Lafionas

The route passes through the plain of Petra. It ascends to the northern foothills of Mount Skotino, on gentle slopes, between terraces with olive groves to reach the village of Lafionas. To the west, passing the rock at Roudi, which offers panoramic views of the plain and the sea, the route continues on a clearing, where the chapel of Agios Alexandros is located. The return to Petra is by a different path

Molyvos - Vafios

A route that connects the two traditional settlements, following the old paths through the olive groves of the plain. The ascent to Vafios is made on a continuous steady climb on good tracks, from the northern bed of the Kali Karya stream, on low hills, which become steeper to the east. In these intermediate hilly parts, there are many places of panoramic observation of the area, while the view of the medieval castle of Molyvos, is almost never lost. Vafios is a very beautiful settlement, with small stone-built two-storey houses and cobbled streets with cool fountains and hidden courtyards. The descent to Molyvos is made by a path in the lowland-semi-mountainous zone, with a gentle relief, between phrygana, olive groves, shrubs and oak forest, next to dry stones, passing by the Mithymna Reservoir.
